## Full narration

This project recirculates used Japanese solar panels onto rooftop generation sites in the Philippines.

Generation quality is not assured by pre-shipment panel-by-panel inspection, or by conventional product warranties.  
It is assured by operations—using module-level power electronics, or MLPE, working on site.

After installation, MLPE optimizes each panel’s output and communicates performance data.  
Panels that are not generating can be found early and replaced, so quality is maintained.  
Once the operating fundamentals are in place, the local site can run autonomously. That is the premise.

At the Higashi-Nihon Material Center in Tokigawa, we have already verified that mixed used panels can still generate under this operating model.

In the Philippines, Amber Horizon Energy is under corporate preparation.  
In parallel, pilot preparation for a warehouse in Tarlac and a school facility at Mabuting Pastol is already underway.

Our partners are Hamaya for reuse and logistics, I-S3 for MLPE and operational quality, and Amber Horizon on the Philippine side.

Wider deployment—to churches, commercial sites, and beyond—is planned after these nodes are validated.  
Environmental value and carbon credits are a future possibility once operational data accumulates—not a present claim.
